Ghanaian professional dancer Afronita recently launched her highly anticipated Afrostar Kids Academy over the weekend in Dzorwulu.

The event garnered attention from various celebrities who came out to show their support for the 20-year-old dancer.

Notable figures in attendance included Empress Gifty, Mr Drew, Dancegod Lloyd, Mophty, and poet Nakeeyat, all of whom added to the excitement with their performances.


During the event, Afronita introduced the members of her newly established dance academy, which aims to cultivate young dance enthusiasts and provide them with opportunities for growth and development.

In an interview on Hitz FM, Afronita shared her vision for the academy, emphasizing her goal of instilling confidence in her members.

She called for support from celebrities and industry stakeholders as she embarked on a mission to empower the next generation of dancers.

Despite the absence of some of her former colleagues from DWP, the event proceeded successfully without interruption.
